Holiday cheer

Christmas is in the air! The holiday season is upon us. Shopping for gifts and the frenzy that surrounds this season is present. Take a moment to meditate and have peace within, before you get lost in all the mayhem.

The season can unfortunately be a time of grieving, for some, including myself. Thinking of those that are not here with us anymore. It can also be overwhelming, as the year comes to end, and we can be hard on ourselves as to how we think we measured up for the year. So, please, be kind to yourself.

I leave with positive words to think of by one of my favorite musical artists Madonna in her song Holiday. Listen to the song and you will know what I mean. Let's be grateful and celebrate as much as we can in good faith.
